It might not have been the most cinematic beginning, but it was undeniably ours. After talking online for a while, we finally met for the first time at a coffee shop in Georgetown. There were no fireworks or dramatic moments. Just two people who instantly felt something different, something that quietly said, this could really go somewhere. From that day on, we started making the drive to see each other every weekend, splitting our time between Cincinnati, OH and Richmond, KY. The miles never felt that long because every visit felt like coming home. We explored new places, wandered through aquariums, took off on spontaneous hikes, and even made it all the way to Washington together. Along the way, we also faced the not-so-glamorous adventures, like home renovations, and proved early on that we could handle life’s less sparkly moments too. Through it all, Grahm has been my steady, patient, and endlessly kind presence. I've encouraged him to step outside his comfort zone and embrace the unknown. We balance each other in a way that feels like puzzle pieces finally clicking into place. We now live together in Cincinnati, building a cozy life filled with home-cooked meals, inside jokes, and a lot of love. One of our favorite rituals is bringing a board game to a local coffee shop and spending a few hours just enjoying each other’s company. It’s proof that the little things really are the big things. We support each other’s ambitions and hobbies, cheering on both the big leaps and the quiet moments of growth. Whether it’s a new idea, a creative spark, or just showing up for each other day after day, we’re in it together. We’re so excited to celebrate this next chapter with you—our favorite people.
