Maid of Honor
Michelle's older (and yet shorter!) sister with a heart of gold, and the best go with the flow vibe. She's been the pillar of support through out our childhood and someone i've always admired. Growing up we would play all sorts of games like school, Barbies and go carts with the neighbor boys, all leading up to those teenage years where she's was known to help Michelle out of some adolescent mischief in high school. Her hilarious snap chat videos driving "the Big Cheese" and quirky Middle School Student Drama help keep us hip with the kids and constantly laughing. We're so thankful for her in our lives and couldn't think of anyone more meaningful to name as our maid of honor!
Bridesmaid
Mikaela's hair full of secrets and contagious laugh made her one of Michelle's closest friends in college while at the University of Arizona. Over the years our quarterly girls weekends to Phoenix, San Francisco, LA and Chicago helped bond the two for life through the single girl trials and solo living in our 20s. Mikaela has always been the most gracious host when we have visited Arizona and we're so thankful for her friendship!
Bridesmaid
This blonde bombshell, and fellow Mid-West gal was one of Michelle's first friends at the UofA. We gravitated towards each other's mid-west family values, and love for a good theme party freshman year. Over the years Carrie and Michelle traveled to Hong Kong, Bali, Santa Fe, and beyond as she brings out the "lets just go" and "well figure it out later" vibe. She's always down for a deep & meaningful conversation about spirituality, and the world, or will make you pee your pants laughing at absolutely nothing. Carrie's sunshine personality is truly one in a million !!
Bridesmaid
This beautiful and caring mama of 3 (and sister of Carrie) was also another first friend at the University of Arizona through our sorority Pi beta Phi! Abby's generous, hospitable character and spontaneous personality have led to some great trips over the years (like 24 hours in Vegas during Finals Week to see the Spice Girls), and even a few speeding tickets in one said Passat! She is one of the most caring people I know and has always moved mountains to make girls weekends, trips to Chicago for Dinner if only for a few hours to all be together!
Bridesmaid
This brunette beauty and firecracker comedian was a fast friend in San Francisco, after living just a block away from each other and meeting through mutual friends. Our token "Sushi Single Sunday Dinners" eventually turned into a mutual support system while living in the big city. Hannah was also the key reason Michelle & Graham met in 2017, as her new "roommate" (and boyfriend Jon ) just so happened to be walking by the bar where the girls were posted up that evening with a certain good-looking Irish lad. Hannah helped distract the crew so we could chat to know each other, and the rest is history and all thanks to Hannah (and Jon).
Bridesmaid
This stunning mama of 2, with her beautiful spirit and comedic one liners was also a fellow sorority sister of Michelle's. Also known for her love of theme parties, Rose and a competitive rummy game then turned into a life long friendship that spanned through out college, and our time living in SF filled with endless patio brunches and "Savvy B" nights at Balboa. She has been the most gracious and loving friend to us over the years, we have loved living just down the street from them in AZ and we couldn't imagine this day without her!
Best Man
Daniel is my younger brother. We were introduced by a couple we know, a long time ago. We share the same sense of humor and he is a very smart and witty human being. Growing up, Daniel, and my younger sister Karen, were my unfortunate audience to try make laugh with impromptu and badly orchestrated puppet shows. The long-term damage of this is yet to be seen. Daniel is a super kind person and took leave to look after me post my bike accident in 2019. I’m honored to have him as my best man.
Best Man
AKA Stewy. We met whilst working in the biscuit isle of Dunnes Stores, a supermarket in Ireland. With a rocky start, as I had just stolen his summer job with another company, we quickly became the best of mates. He is one of the funniest people you will meet, and I’m delighted for you all to meet him. Stewy introduced me to the SBFC, we are a group of mates who chat every day in a group message and meet up as much as possible. The best bunch of lifelong friends I can rely on no matter where I am in the world. They will be all at the wedding and I advise you all to approach with caution! A talent of Stewys is, he can shave at 9am and have a beard by noon. Do NOT ask him about my best man speech at his wedding.
Groomsman
Funnily enough I met Paul through the same couple Daniel and I did. Paul is my older brother and someone I’ve always admired and looked up to as we grew up side-by-side. The stories of going to school together, sports together, dressing the same and the Christmas presents of boxing gloves, I’m sure will be told. Paul is a funny, intelligent and a super hard-working person and Dad. Ask him about his talent of eating cereal with a fork.
Groomsman
AKA Keenan/Keeno This man makes me laugh on a daily basis. One of the SBFCs finest, we met on a night out in a bar in Dundalk, shortly after Stewy and I became mates.Upon leaving the bar, a stranger shouted angrily at me from afar “ GRAY I KNOW YOU”. Kennan looked at me and thought, “I think I’m going to like this guy”. After many SBFC outings, Keenan is one of my best mates and someone you will all enjoy having banter with. Watch out for his dancing though.
Groomsman
One of my first proper mates in San Francisco, Ian and I surfed the Irish bars of SF whilst I got to know the city. A very intelligent guy and deep thinker, Ian is. Someone who I can sit for hours with and never get bored or see a gap in conversation. Over my 5+ years in. San Francisco we have become great mates and someone I always look forward to sharing a Guinness with!.
Groomsman
For a time, we battled for the same position with the Young Irelands’ Gaelic football team and a couple of snowboarding trips to boot. But It wasn’t really until our newfound love of golf when Kieran and I became great mates. We have turned our love of hacking courses up into almost a weekly event! Much to the delight of Michelle. Kieran too was instrumental in my bike accident recovery back in 2019 and helped me back to my feet. He will also gladly give you his recipe for a hot summer stew.
