Below are hotel shuttle departure times. Note that hotels are walking distance from one another. In case you miss one pickup time, you might be able to catch it at the next hotel! Hilton Garden: 6:20 pm Best Western: 6:30 pm Hyatt: 6:40 pm Holiday Inn: 6:50 pm Parking is available at the restaurant. Shuttles will return to the hotels around 9:15 pm.

Wedding & After Party Shuttles

Shuttles will depart from each hotel at the following times: Best Western: 4:00 pm Hilton Garden: 4:00 pm Hyatt: 4:15 pm Holiday Inn: 4:15 pm There is also parking available at the wedding venue. Shuttles will depart for the hotels and after party after the reception, around 10:40 pm. Make sure you get on the right shuttle! After Party shuttles will leave for the hotels at 11:45 pm and 1 am. If you take the 11:45 pm shuttle, meet the bus outside Pour House and confirm your hotel with the bus driver.

Unfortunately, Uber and Lyft availability on Kent Island is very limited. To make your trip as smooth as possible, we’ve outlined transportation options recommended by our venue. Flight
BWI Airport/Amtrak Station
BWI is the closest airport and Amtrak station to Kent Island. Most hotels are ~45 minute drive from BWI. DCA (60+ minutes) and IAD (90+ minutes) are also options, but they are much farther.
