Friday Welcome Event Shuttles
Answer
We are finalizing hotel shuttle departure times, please check back here Friday morning. Below are estimated departure times: Hilton Garden: 6:20 pm Best Western: 6:30 pm Hyatt: 6:40 pm Holiday Inn: 6:50 pm Parking is available at the restaurant. Shuttles will leave to return to the hotels around 9:15pm.

Saturday Wedding Shuttles
Answer
Buses will depart from each hotel at the following times: Best Western: 4:00 pm Hilton Garden: 4:00 pm Hyatt: 4:15 pm Holiday Inn: 4:15 pm Shuttles will depart for the hotels and after party after the reception, around 10:40 pm. Make sure you get on the right shuttle! After Party shuttles will leave for the hotels at 11:45 pm and 1 am. If you take the 11:45 pm shuttle, meet the bus outside Pour House and confirm your hotel with the bus driver.

Do you have recommendations for where to get dinner Friday?

Near the Welcome Event: - Libbey's Coastal Kitchen and Cocktails (where the Welcome Event takes place). The restaurant takes reservations and offers spectacular views of the Chesapeake Bay. Plus it makes for an easy commute to the Welcome Event which will take place in their private venue space downstairs. - Knoxie's Table at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club Inn. It's a 10-12 minute walk or 2 min drive from Libbey's. Near the hotels: - Bridges Restaurant - the Jetty (good takeout option)

What is the attire for the Welcome Event?
Answer
Coastal Cocktail For men: dress shirt and a sport coat or blazer with dress pants. No tie required. For women: cocktail dress or a dressy top paired with dress pants.

What is Black Tie Optional?
Answer
For men: if you have a tuxedo, this is its time to shine! If not, no worries - a dark suit and white shirt will look fab. For ladies: a floor-length gown is preferred if you have one, but a tea- or midi-length dress is just as welcome!

Will any events be outdoors?
Answer
Yes. Weather permitting, the ceremony will by outdoors and on grass . We also anticipate a steady breeze in such close proximity to the Bay. Please reference the "feels like" temperature for Stevensville, MD leading up to the weekend to plan your attire. All other events will be indoors.

✨ Welcome Drinks and Wedding Day Shuttle Service We will be providing transportation to and from the venue from the hotels listed on the Travel page on Friday and Saturday evenings. Outside of those events, we have more details on transportation options below. TLDR: we recommend renting a car :) 🚐 Other Transportation Options Unfortunately, Uber and Lyft availability on Kent Island is very limited. To make your trip as smooth as possible, we’ve outlined transportation options recommended by our venue. We encourage you to plan ahead—and we truly appreciate your understanding. We promise the celebration will be worth it! 1. Rental Cars For the most flexibility, consider renting a car from the airport. This can make it easier to get to and from Kent Island, especially if you plan to explore the area or need more independence with timing. 2.
