Shuttles will leave to return to the hotels around 9:15pm.
Buses will depart from each hotel at the following times: Best Western: 4:00 pm Hilton Garden: 4:00 pm Hyatt: 4:15 pm Holiday Inn: 4:15 pm Shuttles will depart for the hotels and after party after the reception, around 10:40 pm. Make sure you get on the right shuttle! After Party shuttles will leave for the hotels at 11:45 pm and 1 am. If you take the 11:45 pm shuttle, meet the bus outside Pour House and confirm your hotel with the bus driver.
Near the Welcome Event: - Libbey's Coastal Kitchen and Cocktails (where the Welcome Event takes place). The restaurant takes reservations and offers spectacular views of the Chesapeake Bay. Plus it makes for an easy commute to the Welcome Event which will take place in their private venue space downstairs. - Knoxie's Table at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club Inn. It's a 10-12 minute walk or 2 min drive from Libbey's. Near the hotels: - Bridges Restaurant - the Jetty (good takeout option)

For men: if you have a tuxedo, this is its time to shine! If not, no worries - a dark suit and white shirt will look fab. For ladies: a floor-length gown is preferred if you have one, but a tea- or midi-length dress is just as welcome!
Yes. Weather permitting, the ceremony will by outdoors and on grass . We also anticipate a steady breeze in such close proximity to the Bay. Please reference the "feels like" temperature for Stevensville, MD leading up to the weekend to plan your attire. All other events will be indoors.
