if you're flying in from out of state, the ideal airport would be San Jose, as it would cut down on your drive. Carmel is about 2 hours away from the Oakland/San Francisco area, and Big Sur is about 45 minutes further south from Carmel.
For the wedding, we have rented a shuttle service to pick you up from the Carmel Valley Estate at 2:00 PM sharp located at:

Then the shuttle will pick up at Carmel Plaza Public Bus Loading Zone at 2:30 PM sharp located at the corner of:
Ocean Ave & Junipero St

The final pick up location will be at the Big Sur River Inn at 3:30 PM sharp at:

We recommend getting to the pick up location of your choice early. Parking is very limited, but if you need to drive to the wedding, please speak with Julia or Graham.
House Or Rental

we've rented this 7 bedroom, 4 bathroom house for Graham's friends. it will accommodate 20 guests. it is a luxury villa with a pool and hot tub. This is where the welcome party will be, the Friday pool and yoga party with Julia, and the after the wedding brunch on Sunday. Ally McBeal and Birdie will also be staying here, and Graham on Friday night. it is available from Thursday to Tuesday. Please talk to Graham to arrange a stay here.
