Leah Bressler

Bride

Alex Graf

Groom

Sara Sarmast

Maid of Honor

Sara and I met in college on a medical mission trip to Honduras, although, our friendship truly started when we began working together in 2014. Without Sara I would be well rested, quieter, and several fireball “sips” shallower, but life would be far less fun.

Jackie Lursen

Bridesmaid

We met almost 30 years ago on our driveways on Weybridge and quickly became attached at the hip. We've been on some wild adventures together, including Jackie being my first "informal" drivers ed teacher... Jackie knows me to my core and is the sister I never had.

Lindsay Rudhman

Bridesmaid

Lindsay and I met at Midwest Ortho at a work function and instantly connected. I asked her on a date and the rest is history. Her sense of humor is unmatched and there is no one I would rather run a half marathon with or sit on a couch and share a bottle of wine with.

Geneva Ringsby

Bridesmaid

Gen is one of my oldest friends. We've been through several walks of life together and have stuck it out through thick and thin. Her and her husband, Erik, are like family to me. Gen's honesty, openness and infectious love for life are a constant reminder for me to not to take life so seriously... that and her cabin rules are something to aspire to.

Christina Boyd

Bridesmaid

My lefty for life. Christina and I have known each other since 6th grade. Of all the embarrassing things we've done, one of my faves is that we used to refer to each other as our "one and onlys". My one and only moved in high school, but we've maintained our long distance friendship which has taught me that friendship has no bounds and that when it really matters, we’ll always have each other’s six.

Joanna Karhliker

Bridesmaid

JoBeb and I met while we were both at our most awkward stage of growing an inch a day. While we've stopped growing in height this girls heart never has. Her uncanny ability to remember the details of my life and ability to make anyone feel loved is unmatched.

Kelsey Leingang

Bridesmaid

Kels and I have been friends since 3rd grade and since then she's literally never let me down. She's always been fiercely protective of my best interest and is the friend everyone wishes they could have in their corner. That and we have the same taste in TV shows and sushi.

Andrew Newman

Best Man

Andrew and I met through friends from High School. We've spent long hours by the pool together and he convinced me to go sailing in Croatia. He is known particularly for his rallying skills after popping a couple Tylenol PMs.

Ryan Felien

Groomsman

Ryan and I went to high school together at Park Center. He's the biggest goofball and is known for thrift shopping on the sidewalk at 2am. I affectionately refer to him as my "thinspiration".

Aaron LeFebvre

Groomsman

Aaron and I grew up together, went to school together, and lived together. I appreciate him for being "calmer than I am", being my AAA on call, and for having a family that treats me as one of their own.

Jonathan Bressler

Groomsman

Jon is Leah's brother and one of her best friends. Known in particular for his bar hopping attire after family gatherings.

Greg Marx

Groomsman

Greg was the first friend I made after moving to Chicago. Greg's been a staple in the glue that keeps Leah and I together, and he makes a mean margarita (ask him about his margarita maker).

Adam Knoblauch

Groomsman

Adam and I went to High School together. He's the constant source of insults that keeps me going every day, but don't let him fool you - I'm a better cook.

Tony Truong

Groomsman

Tony and I grew up together and went to school together. He's always found a way to convince me to do the dumbest of things, but Leah appreciates him for his thoughtfulness in her time of coconut water need.

Brandon Nelson

Officiant

Brandon was Leah's friend first (count it!) and his love for the Big Ten, whiskey, country music, and always being down for a good time are what keep their friendship alive. As soon as Leah started bringing Alex around, Brandon and Alex's connection was undeniable. Brandon's love for the Vikings, Clover Sports Bar, and what Saturday's are for keep their relationship alive. Once you meet him, you'll understand why we chose Brandon to officiate our wedding - he's one of a kind.

Georgia Pace

Flower Girl

Mia Pace

Flower Girl

Asher Lefebvre

Gavin Lefebvre

Kali Lursen

Dog Walker

Izzy, Brody, and Shayna

Dog of Honor

Anyone who knows Alex and Leah know their obsession with dogs, namely, Golden Retrievers.
