Travel Note
You'll be able to get to the hotel & venue in a cab for 45-60$, but uber/lyfts this far in the suburbs will be harder to come by if you want to go places. So car rental or driving in is an option. If coming from MN, driving may not be a bad idea. Carpentersville is about 5 hrs from MSP. Both hotels have shuttles that run until about 11pm, and we are getting a bus to drive from the after party (Rosie O'Hare's), which is within walking distance from the venue (2 blocks) to hotels.

If you are looking to book 12/31/21-1/2/22 and there are no rooms available, please book under this link for 1/1/22. Currently, there are other groups who have hotel blocks reserved on 12/31/21, however, the hotel manager assured me that he does not think all of these blocks will be utilized and therefore rooms will be available on 12/31/21. If those rooms are unused, they will adjust accordingly and add in the night of 12/31/21 for those interested.
