Are kids welcome?

We respectfully request no children at the reception, allowing all of our guests to enjoy an adults-only evening.

Is there a dress code?

Yes—formal attire is requested. Think suits and formal dresses to set the tone for the celebration!

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes, our hotel block is through the Craddock Terry Hotel in Downtown Lynchburg. Please refer to the "Travel & Lodging" page for more information.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are unable to accommodate additional guests due to venue capacity and budget. Thank you for your understanding.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

At this time, we don’t have any scheduled group transportation to or from the hotels. We recommend arranging a designated driver or scheduling an Uber or Lyft in advance, as rideshare availability in the area can be limited. If you prefer, there are also several local transportation companies for hire to provide a driver for you and your group.
