July in Breckenridge means warm sunny mornings (60–75°F) with afternoon thunderstorms that roll in most days around 2–4pm. Evenings cool down significantly, with lows that can dip into the 40s. Bring layers regardless of what you pack for daytime.
Picnic in the Park on Thursday- Come as you are! Casual clothes, as we will be outside playing games. Margs Before Matrimony on Friday- Summer Festive! Sundresses and sandals for the ladies. Collared shirts and pants for the men. Wedding Day on Saturday- Garden Party Formal! For the ladies, long colorful dresses (avoid stilettos). For the men, suits in lighter hues and navy (no black).
Breckenridge sits at about 9,600 feet - altitude affects people differently. The best thing to do is drink PLENTY of water, go easy on alcohol the first night, and avoid heavy activity on your first day. If you do have altitude sickness, you can purchase oxygen canisters at City Market or rent an oxygen machine (reach out with any questions).
We would like to have an unplugged ceremony, so we kindly ask that you not take photos or use your phone during this time. We have an incredible wedding photographer who will capture every moment!
If you are driving, street parking is available. We'll also have shuttles running from Gravity Haus Hotel to the venue and back.
