Question

My party has elected to be placed in a home with other guests by the bride and groom. When will I know who I am staying with?

Answer

Once all guests have RSVP'd, the bride and groom will place smaller parties into the remaining homes together, based on size of home and number in the party. Once placed, the bride and groom will be reaching out to all parties placed in the home together to coordinate payment and connect everyone.

Question

Will there be transportation from my house to the Woodloch amenities?

Answer

All transportation to and from wedding events will be coordinated by the bride and groom - please see the Schedule page for updates after all guests have RSVP'd. For any additional shuttle services, please call the main Woodloch line at (570)685-8000 to coordinate services from your home to any of your desired activities!

How does payment for accommodations work?

Answer

Once you have organized members of your house, one person will call the venue with all the names in their home and pay the 50% deposit. All other guests in the home will pay their share directly to the payer. If you are placed in a house of combined smaller parties by the bride and groom and would prefer to pay the bride and groom directly instead of a single payer from the house, please reach out to the bride and groom directly to coordinate.

Can my party stay the night on Sunday night?

Answer

Houses to accommodate all wedding guests are reserved from Thursday afternoon to Sunday morning. We cannot guarantee houses will be open after check-out time Sunday and there is no guarantee the other guests in your house will want to stay an extra evening. We encourage you to coordinate with your housemates and you can discuss an additional night, if available, when booking.

Can we bring an RV or camper?

Answer

Unfortunately due to limited parking, RVs and campers are not allowed to be parked at the homes. There are several campgrounds nearby should you elect to use one however you cannot park an RV/camper on the Woodloch property.
