Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately, there is no shuttle service to the ceremony and reception venue. Luckily, the venue is only a 20 minute drive from Springfield. It also has plenty of parking space, and there will be no need for travel exceeding heading to and leaving our wedding.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your ability to bring a date/guest should be included on your invitation, under "Who's Invited?". The number of allocated guests will be (hand) written in. Please do not change this number, as you will not be able to RSVP for a guest unless we have prepared for this.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RVSP by June 20th at the latest, or we will not be accommodate your attendance.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Our registry can be found under the "Registry" tab on this website, and should be available to shop much like an online website. Please do not feel pressured to buy anything, as your presence is gift enough. Thank you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will begin at 4:30pm on Saturday, so please arrive by 4:15 and plan accordingly. There will be restrooms available at the venue.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We would prefer no children (0-14) at this event, and hope everyone is able to accommodate this request. Guests who bring children without explicit permission will be asked to leave the reception following the ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please wear the dress code suggested during the RSVP associated with the event. (Semi Formal: below-the-knee dresses, nice jumpsuits, and a dress shirt, ties, and slacks. ) Beyond not wearing white (or cream, or ivory, or pale yellow [any variation of white]), or bright red, there is no color requirement. Absolutely no shorts or t-shirts, for the ceremony or reception. Please refrain from revealing clothing, and dress comfortably. It will be August, remember!
