How do I RSVP?

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
Although we would love to offer a plus one to all guests, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget & meet our venue restrictions. Each invitation will have every family’s members through the RSVP, so make sure everyone attending responds to the invitation. We appreciate your understanding & cannot wait to celebrate with you!

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00PM. Please arrive no later than 3:30PM to allow time to park, enter the venue, & find a seat. Due to pathway layouts, all walkways leading to the ceremony will be closed at 3:55PM for the ceremony. No late entry will be permitted.

Does the venue have parking?
Answer
Yes! We do ask that you please try to carpool with friends + family as best you can since there will be limitations to how many vehicles can park!

What is the dress code?
Answer
We’d love for our family + friends to dress up with us! Dress code is SEMI-FORMAL to FORMAL attire. Ladies- midi formal, tea-length or floor length dresses! Gentlemen- dress shirt with tie or bow tie, sports coat, or suit! The ceremony & reception will be outside in early October, so please dress accordingly and ladies take this into account when choosing your shoes!

Where should I sit?
Answer
We would LOVE to intermingle our families as much as possible throughout the weekend! There will be NO assigned seating for guests, only reserved seating for immediate family members & wedding parties! We do kindly ask that you fill in seats front to back on the left & right sides before sitting down, this goes for ceremony & reception! Sit next to someone you may not know and introduce yourself, we are all there to celebrate the same couple!

What colors can I wear?
Answer
Ladies- we are asking that no one please wear white! If there is any concern about the color you have planned to wear, please reach out to friends + family of the Bride & Groom to make sure it is okay! Our wedding colors are blush pink, baby blue, soft green, and cocoa! Any of these colors will match perfectly with the decorations and venue! Also remember that this will be an early fall wedding so please, no bright spring or summer colors! Make sure whatever you are wearing is comfortable for the temperature, as this is an outdoor wedding, & shoes are comfortable enough to last you through dancing all night! Gentlemen- now is the time to break out your blues, grays, browns, & blacks! Dress, golf, & khaki pants are appreciated! Grab your nicest blazer, sports coat, suit, or tux! Please wear a button up collard shirt with either suspenders, belt, tie, or bow tie! We want everyone dressing up with us! Denim is NOT permitted!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
As much as Grace & Robert LOVE babies & children, we do ask that there are NO children present under the age of 16. All family members will be listed on invitations and RSVPs! Children at the age of 16 will need to be present with an adult or guardian throughout wedding festivities. We want you to be able to kick back, relax, & celebrate with us, which is why we have decided to have this rule! There will be alcohol present during the reception that we do not want getting into the wrong hands! We appreciate you making arrangements to leave children at home!
