Transportation Details
Shuttle service will be provided to and from each event. To help us accommodate everyone, please indicate whether you'll need transportation for each event on your RSVP.
See the shuttle schedule below. Exact pickup locations at each hotel will be shared closer to the event.
Welcome Party Shuttle
Friday, July 25 | 5:30-9:30pm Buses will run between the Bottleworks and Crowne Plaza hotels and the VisionLoft Stutz throughout the night.
Shuttle to Baraat
Saturday, July 26 | 2:30pm Buses will depart from the hotels to take guests to Monument Circle for the Baraat.
Shuttle from Ceremony to Reception
Saturday, July 26 | 4:30pm Buses will be available to transport guests from the ceremony at the Artsgarden to the reception at the Heirloom.
End-of-Night Shuttle from Reception to Hotels
Saturday, July 26 | 9:30pm - 12:30am Buses will be available to transport guests from the reception at the Heirloom back to the Bottleworks and Crowne Plaza hotels.
