Welcome Party Shuttle
Friday, July 25 | 5:30-9:30pm BOTTLEWORKS HOTEL GUESTS: Meet in lobby of hotel at 5:20pm. The transportation coordinator will then lead the guests to the bus at 5:25pm, sharp. CROWNE PLAZA GUESTS: Meet in the lobby of hotel at 5:50pm. The transportation coordinator will then lead the guests to the bus at 5:55pm, sharp. Please note that the bus will be a short walk due to construction in the area. The bus will be available, outside Vision Loft, for trips back to the hotel during the evening. The last bus will leave at end of the event at 9pm or shortly thereafter.
Shuttle to Baraat
Saturday, July 26 | 2:30pm Buses will depart from the hotels to take guests to Monument Circle for the Baraat. BOTTLEWORKS HOTEL GUESTS: Meet in lobby of hotel at 2:25pm. The transportation coordinator will then walk guests to the bus at 2:35pm, sharp. Bus departure will be no later than 2:45pm. CROWNE PLAZA GUESTS: Meet in the lobby of hotel at 2:25pm. The transportation coordinator will then walk guests to the bus at 2:35pm, sharp. Bus departure will be no later than 2:40pm. Please note that the bus will be a short walk due to construction in the area.
Shuttle from Ceremony to Reception
Saturday, July 26 | 4:30pm Buses will be available to transport guests from the ceremony at the Artsgarden to the reception at the Heirloom.
End-of-Night Shuttle from Reception to Hotels
Saturday, July 26 | 9:30pm - 12:30am Buses will be available throughout the evening to get guests back to hotels as needed. The last bus will leave at the end of the event at 11:30pm or shortly thereafter.
