We kindly ask that you RSVP by February 12th, 2025. Since the property has limited capacity, we want to make sure everyone who hopes to attend has the opportunity. If we don’t hear from you by that date, we’ll get in touch with you to confirm your RSVP status, which may result in us offering your spot to someone on our waitlist. We hope you can join us!
The venue doors will open at 4:30 p.m., and the ceremony will begin at 5:30 p.m. Please plan to arrive within this timeframe. If you are driving, allow extra time to park, as spaces are limited and will be coordinated on-site.
We’re suggesting dressy-casual or semi-formal attire. Feel free to have fun and dress up if you’d like! We encourage playful outfits and vibrant colors.
All of the festivities will be outdoors.
April in Austin is usually gorgeous, with temperatures ranging from the mid-70s to mid-80s. We have a backup option—a tent or warehouse—just in case it rains.
Here’s our timeline: 4:30 - Doors open 5:30 - Ceremony 6:15 - Cocktail hour 7:15 - Dinner and speeches 8:20 - First dance 9:00 - Cake cutting 11:00 - Head home
The property is 20 minutes from downtown Austin and is accessible by car or city bus. There are only 20 parking spots, so we encourage carpooling or using Uber/Lyft. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a shuttle service. The address is: Rogge Ranch House 3504 Rogge Ln, Austin, TX 78723
Due to space limitations and safety concerns, we’re unable to accommodate children on the venue. However, babies are welcome.
You may bring a plus one only if your invitation specifies that you have one.
During the cocktail hour, we’ll have a charcuterie spread and an open bar. For dinner, we’re serving pizza from Via 313, along with salad. For dessert, there will be cake! Cupcakes will be provided for those with food allergies.
Please mention any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Yes! We do ask that you bring cash to tip the bartender.

Please don't take any photos with your phone during the ceremony. We will provide disposable cameras and film, so feel free to take photos of the ceremony with those cameras. We welcome photography of all types before and after the ceremony!

We want to be transparent about the layout of the property so our guests can plan accordingly. The location has limited accessibility features—there are no traditional restrooms, so guests will need to use a portable restroom trailer we'll have on site. Additionally, the property has gravel pathways, grassy areas, and some hills, which can make it difficult for wheelchair users or those with mobility challenges. If you have specific needs or concerns, please let us know ahead of time so we can try to assist you. We want everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy the day to the fullest!
