What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues? Are they wheelchair accessible?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will be held at Pinnacle Peak Country Club at 8701 E Pinnacle Peak Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85255. The venue is wheelchair accessible. Please let us know ahead of time if we can assist with securing any necessary accomodations.

What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?
Answer
In most circumstances, the easiest way to get to our venue will be to take the 101N to Scottsdale Road and drive north to Pinnacle Peak Road. Turn east on Pinnacle Peak and then south on Clubhouse Way, right before you pass the Shell. After a short drive, you'll see the parking and clubhouse. Signs will be posted to guide you through the venue to the ceremony.

Due to venue capacity limitations, guests are by invitation only. Please refer to your invitation to confirm the members of your party.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
Answer
We kindly ask that no photos are taken during the ceremony. Outside of that, feel free to snap pics to your heart’s content!

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
Answer
Yes, we will be providing a vegetarian option for dinner. Please inform us if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies and we will provide a safe accommodation.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! We will be providing an open bar with a four-hour call, from 5 PM to 9 PM. Beer, wine, and liquor options will be posted on the bar.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Answer
If you decide to get us a wedding gift, we kindly ask that you use our registry. Our mailing address is preloaded for your convenience.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
Answer
Please plan to arrive at the venue at 4 PM to allow enough time to get refreshments and find your seat before the ceremony, which is slated to begin at 4:30.

What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?
Answer
Our reception will officially end at 10 PM, as there are noise ordinances in place at our venue. We will be hosting an after-party, with details soon to come.

Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?
Answer
There will be a cocktail hour between the ceremony and reception. We’ll be serving drinks and hors d’oeuvres from 5 to 6.

Is there anything I should bring as a guest?

We recommend bringing sunglasses for the ceremony and comfortable shoes for dancing. Besides that, all we request is the honor of your presence on our special day!
