Women should be mindful that our wedding will be on the front lawn and in the gardens of our venue, please wear sensible shoes with this in mind - heels with a thicker stiletto base should work perfectly. Men should wear formal dress shoes.

Answer

Women should not wear midi dresses, cocktail dresses, or any skirt/top sets. Men should not wear khakies, jeans, polos, sports jackets, etc. You can reference above what should be worn.

Are there colors that should be avoided?

Answer

No, we do love pastels and spring colors for women's dresses. However, White is the only color we ask guests not to wear. If you have a concern about your attire having too much white or looking too close to white/ivory, please be cautious and choose a different option.
