The celebration will be proper Black Tie. Gentlemen are required to wear black tuxedos or a black dinner jacket with a bow tie. Ladies are expected to wear a floor-length gown. Gowns do not have to be black, feel free to explore some vibrant colors! Additionally, as January in New York can be cold, a wrap or formal coat is recommended for comfort between venues.
Yes! We’ve reserved a select number of rooms at two nearby hotels for your convenience: The Carlyle, A Rosewood Hotel, and The Fitzpatrick Grand Central Hotel. Because our wedding will be an intimate celebration, we encourage guests to reserve early. Both room blocks expire on December 15, 2025, after which group rates and availability cannot be guaranteed.
No formal transportation will be provided. As the wedding will take place in the city and the venues are within a few blocks of one another, we recommend using rideshare services such as Uber or Lyft, or taxis, which are readily available.
The ceremony will begin at 3pm and we kindly ask our guests to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to allow ample time for seating.
We kindly ask guests to refrain from personal photography during the ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present. Our photographer will capture the event, and images will be shared afterward.
As we’re hosting an intimate celebration with a small guest list, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation.
