September can still be a hot time in Texas and will be, most likely. However, the weather here is all over the place. It can change by the hour. Don't worry, if it rains, we have an indoor ceremony plan, but otherwise, we will have the ceremony outdoors in the shade. Keep tabs on the weather before arriving in Texas so you are prepared.
There are a variety of short-term rental options and hotels all over Austin. We recommend getting something in the downtown area so that you are relatively close to the venue and the many other things to do in Austin!
You can opt for a rental car if you would like to explore Greater Austin or you can just use your preferred ride share app. such as Lyft and Uber. If you are an adventure seeker, for getting around within downtown, there are scooters and e-bikes, but use those at your own risk!
