We love your little ones! Children are welcome to join us for our Ceremony and Welcome Party on Friday. For our reception on Saturday, we have chosen to make it an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate together!
We wish we could celebrate with everyone, but due to space limitations, we’re only able to accommodate those guests who are formally listed on the invitation. If a plus one has been reserved for you, it will be clearly noted on your invite.
Parking is plentiful at both our Ceremony and Welcome Party on Friday. For our reception on Saturday, parking is more limited, so we kindly encourage guests to carpool or use Uber/Lyft when possible. Due to limited parking at the Doe home we have coordinated shuttles for you. Please park at Cameron Park Plaza at the corner of Cameron Park Drive and Green Valley Road behind the 76/Rocket gas station. Please park in the open area between the 76 gas station, Mountain Mike's Pizza, and Bubba's (preferably not in front of any of the businesses). Shuttle cars will be available from 4:45 to 5:30 to bring you to the reception party. Additionally shuttle cars will be going back at 9:30, 10, 10:30, and 11 pm. We will have the DJ until midnight so feel free to stay as long as you like! Thank you! Also if drivers want to drop off their car first then go get shuttled you may do that as well!! For our Friday celebration, the dress code is semi-formal. We suggest long dresses for women and suits for men. For our reception on Saturday, we’re embracing a formal western vibe! We encourage women to wear long dresses and men to wear suits, with a fun western flair (bolo ties, cowboy boots, western belts, cowboy hats). Our Wedding Ceremony will take place at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in El Dorado Hills at 5 pm, but please arrive no later than 4:45 pm. Following the ceremony we will head to Moonraker Millhouse in Cameron Park for our Welcome Party at 6pm. Moonraker is a 10 minute drive from the church and has plenty of parking in both the front and back lot. We do not have transportation/shuttles so please be prepared to drive or rideshare to the Welcome Party.
We will have buffet style dinner for both Friday and Saturday. Please reach out if you have any dietary restrictions or concerns so that we can accommodate!
