Getting to Highley Manor from Essex means following the M25 (signs for Dover/M20/Channel Tnl/M23), then at junction 7, take the M23(S) exit to Brighton/Crawley/Gatwick Arpt. Then at junction 10A take the exit towards Crawley.
Use your maps from there on, it is 10 minutes from this point.
For those wanting to get the train, from London you can get the Thameslink service towards Brighton. Alight at Balcombe station, then pick up a 5 minute taxi to the venue, or your accommodation.
