All guests are required to park in the South Parking Lot, located near the entrance of Chautauqua Institution on Massey Avenue and South Avenue, or valet at The Athenaeum Hotel. Should you have any issues finding the South Lot, plug this address into Google Maps! South Lot, Mayville, NY 14757.
The Hall of Philosophy (ceremony space) is a 5 minute walk to the Athenaeum Hotel (reception space). There will be a shuttle starting at 3:00 PM to and from the South Lot and hotel to take guests to the Hall of Philosophy. They're also within walking distance if you prefer the scenic route! We will also provide a shuttle to the reception for guests who may need extra assistance.
We'll be hosting a Welcome Party at the Lawson Center the evening before the wedding and a Farewell Brunch at the Athenaeum Hotel the morning after the wedding. All guests are welcome! For more information, see the "Schedule" tab.
There will be a complimentary trolly for all guests running between the Athenaeum Hotel and Welcome Party starting at 6:30 PM and ending at 10:30 PM on Friday, August 29. If you have a car, you're also able to drive and find parking in Bemus! For more information on the Welcome Party, please see the "Schedule" tab.
Due to space restrictions, we politely request no children attend the ceremony and reception. If you're traveling with little ones, we'd love to see them at the Welcome Party and the Farewell Brunch! Thank you in advance for your understanding.
