Outdoor Yoga w Grace & Basketball Tournament w George

Strawberry Creek Park in West Berkeley has tennis and basketball courts, grassy areas to hang out or let dogs run around, a playground for kids to enjoy, and Hidden Cafe with coffee, tea, and pastries. For BASKETBALL: Bring your A-game in a Grooms vs Brides side pick-up game. For YOGA: Come in comfortable clothes for a morning stretch and a vinyasa flow with Grace on a grassy area of the park. All levels/ages are welcome! Bring a mat (or more to share) if you can. There will be a few mats/towels available to borrow.
Hike in the Redwoods

Carpool and meet us in Oakland's redwoods for a moderate 3 mile loop. Dogs welcome. Limited parking so please try to carpool.
