Grace & McKay’s Wedding!

FAQs

Commonly asked questions! Please reach out to Mckay or Grace if you have any additional questions.
Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. We are so excited to see all of our family and friends dressed up! Please refrain from wearing whites or ivories, as those should be reserved for the bride! Bridesmaids will be wearing emerald green.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 3:30pm. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the ceremony to find parking and get settled.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your formal invitation are included. Thank you for understanding! If you have any questions regarding this, please reach out to McKay or Grace.

Question

Are the ceremony and reception in the same place?

Answer

Yes! Both will take place at Crosswater Hall at Nocatee in Ponte Vedra, Florida. We can’t wait for everyone to see our beautiful venue!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named. Your invitation will be made out to “The {Your Last Name} Family” if your children have been invited and Mr. and Mrs. if only you and your significant other have been invited.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available at Crosswater Hall!

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We're hosting an unplugged ceremony, which means we kindly request that all guests put away and silence their phones once the ceremony begins. Our goal is for everyone to be fully present and enjoy the moment with us, while allowing our photographer to capture the most beautiful memories. We can't wait to share our professional wedding photos with you shortly after the big day!

Question

What happens if I don’t RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not get an RSVP back by the date which we provided, it will be marked as “No”. We will miss celebrating with you, however, we have to provide total guest counts to our vendors within a timely manner. Due to this, we cannot accept late RSVP’s, we hope you understand!

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be outdoors or indoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be an outdoor celebration, with a beautiful indoor reception to follow. In the event of inclement weather, we'll move the ceremony indoors to ensure a seamless and joyful experience for all our guests.
