Frederick Douglas - Greater Rochester International Airport

ROC airport is the best choice as it is only 20 minutes from the venue and hotels. However if you plan to rent a car, cheaper flight options may be found to Buffalo Niagara International Airport that is only 1.5 hours away. A trip to Niagara Falls & the birthplace of chicken wings might be worth the trip! (but don’t forget your passport)

Sometimes flying in to Rochester can be a little more expensive… so if you’re down for an hour and change road trip and want to rent a car, you might be able to find a cheaper flight into Buffalo. Also if you’re new to Upstate New York, first of all, welcome, second of all, take this as an opportunity to visit one of the wonders of the world, Niagara Falls! (Not to mention Buffalo is the home of the chicken wing)
