Yes! We have you covered when it comes to getting to and from the venue. Shuttle transportation will be provided from Hotel Vista Sierra (formerly the Springhill Suites by Marriott) to the venue and back. We'll share shuttle schedules closer to the big day.
If you prefer to make your own arrangements, the venue can arrange taxi service in advance upon request. Ride share options are a bit hit or miss in the area, so please plan accordingly.
The dress code for our welcome brunch is Vineyard Casual and the dress code for wedding day is Black-Tie Optional - check out our RSVP page for descriptions of each of these and mood boards full of inspiration photos. We can't wait to see everyone all dressed up!
Our ceremony and dinner reception will be held outdoors and then dancing will take place indoors. The weather that time of year in Northern California can be unpredictable, but typically you see warm sunshine during the day and cooler temperatures when the sun sets at night. We recommend checking the forecast the week before the wedding and bringing a jacket or wrap. We'll also have heaters and cozy blankets available to keep everyone comfortable throughout the evening!
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM, so please plan to arrive by 2:30 PM to give yourself time to grab a seat (and champagne) and settle in.

We love your little ones! However, we've decided to make our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of the kids in our wedding party/immediate family.
