When do I need to RSVP?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by Wednesday, October 1st. If we don't hear from you by then, we'll assume you're unable to attend (& we'll miss you!). Thank you for letting us know in time!

Will there be a shuttle option on wedding day?

Answer

Yes! We have you covered when it comes to getting to and from the venue. Shuttle transportation will be provided from Hotel Vista Sierra (formerly the Springhill Suites by Marriott) to the venue and back. We'll share shuttle schedules closer to the big day.

What about ride share or taxi?

Answer

If you prefer to make your own arrangements, the venue can arrange taxi service in advance upon request. Ride share options are a bit hit or miss in the area, so please plan accordingly.

What should I wear?

The dress code for our welcome brunch is Vineyard Casual and the dress code for wedding day is Black-Tie Optional - check out our RSVP page for descriptions of each of these and mood boards full of inspiration photos. We can't wait to see everyone all dressed up!

Is the wedding outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and dinner reception will be held outdoors and then dancing will take place indoors. The weather that time of year in Northern California can be unpredictable, but typically you see warm sunshine during the day and cooler temperatures when the sun sets at night. We recommend checking the forecast the week before the wedding and bringing a jacket or wrap. We'll also have heaters and cozy blankets available to keep everyone comfortable throughout the evening!

When should I plan to arrive?

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM, so please plan to arrive by 2:30 PM to give yourself time to grab a seat (and champagne) and settle in.

There are a ton of beautiful areas to stay near the venue with a wide range of accommodation options, including hotels, bed and breakfasts, and Airbnbs. Whether you are looking for mountain views, a charming boutique hotel downtown, or something simple, you truly can't go wrong! With the abundance of options in the surrounding areas, we encourage you to find something that fits your own style and needs. Also, if you are looking to add onto your trip or do some exploring, Napa Valley, Lake Tahoe, and San Francisco are all just a couple hours away from the venue. Are children allowed?

We love your little ones! However, we've decided to make our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of the kids in our wedding party/immediate family. Invitations will be specific and will include the names of all family members who are invited. Please reach out if you have any questions. We hope you understand and can enjoy a night off!

Yes! For those that plan on driving, there is plenty of parking available at the venue.

Your invitation will be specific and will include if you received a plus one as well as anyone else in your family or party that is invited. Please reach out if you have any questions!

Yes and yes! We’ll have food and drinks throughout the celebration — including an open bar, appetizers during cocktail hour, dinner, dessert, and late night bites. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
