Are kids invited?

We LOVE your kids - we really do! But we want our wedding to be your night off. Go ahead and book your nannies!

Can I bring a guest?

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose

What if I want to get you a gift that isn't on your registry?

Answer

Your presence is a gift already, so the fact that people want to get us gifts is quite humbling. Starting fresh together in a small one-bedroom apartment, we are moving in a more "minimalist" direction emphasizing quality over quantity & experiences over possessions. We've chosen to register for items that we expect will carry a specific purpose or bring us joy. If you don't like what we've registered for, we would gladly welcome funds to contribute toward our eventual honeymoon next year (hopefully in Europe!) or toward adventures in-town (or in our favorite local-ish destination - Chattanooga). With Kevin's tour schedule we cherish any time we can spend together - anything you want to contribute toward dates/adventures means the world to us.
