Shuttle from the hotel to the venue

December 7, 2019 2:30 pm - 3:00 pm

One shuttle run will be made promptly at 2:30 pm. Please call ahead to request an early check in to your hotel room so that you can catch the shuttle to the venue. Feel free to also drive yourself. If you drive yourself, please arrive with plenty of time before the start of the ceremony. The driveway to the venue will be closed for the duration of the ceremony. Additionally, cell phone reception is spotty near the venue. Please look at the directions before leaving as your GPS may cut out en route.

Shuttle back to hotel from venue

December 7, 2019 8:30 pm - 9:30 pm

The shuttle will leave the venue at 9:30 to return guests to the hotel. We love to party but please drink responsibly. If you plan on drinking heavily, plan on taking the shuttle back. If you drove yourself to the venue, you may leave your car overnight and return to the hotel in the shuttle.
