This airport is located in Nashville, TN which is about an hour and a half from the venue and hotels. Rental cars are located on site. THIS AIRPORT IS IN A DIFFERENT TIME ZONE THAN THE WEDDING. Be aware if flying in the same day that you will be an hour behind.

Comfort Suites Crossville

We have a hotel block under the Gostomski/Roetling wedding. This hotel has 40 rooms blocked for $119 a night. There are 20 with 2 queen beds and 20 with a king bed. You must book by October 1st to keep this rate and guarantee a room! THIS HOTEL IS ONLY 30 MINUTES FROM OUR VENUE BUT IT IS IN A DIFFERENT TIME ZONE. Be aware that you will be an hour behind the time of the wedding. For example: Noon at this hotel is actually 1pm in the Eastern Standard Time of our wedding. There will be a shuttle to pick you up for the wedding starting around 1:30pm CST, which will put you at the venue at 3pm EST. The shuttle holds 24 guests and will be running every hour. If you do not make the shuttle, you must leave this hotel, at the latest, by 3:30pm CST to get you to the venue by 5pm EST when the ceremony starts. If you come the same day and need the hotel room to get ready, ask the desk for an early check in. The hotel let me know they could check you in as early as noon on October 17th if that is when you are arriving.

Hampton Inn Crossville

We have a hotel block under the Gostomski/Roetling Wedding. Rooms here are $150 a night. To reserve a room you must call the 931-707-7170 and press 0. You must reserve by September 1st to get this rate and a room. This hotel is located right next door to the Comfort Suites, which is where the shuttle will be picking you up for the wedding. THIS HOTEL IS ONLY 30 MINUTES FROM OUR VENUE BUT IT IS IN A DIFFERENT TIME ZONE. Be aware that you will be an hour behind the time of the wedding. Holiday Inn Express & Suites Harriman

We have a hotel block under the Roetling Wedding for 15 rooms. Due to the Tennessee/Alabama Game, rooms are limited and more expensive. Prices are $189 for Friday October 16th and $199 for October 17th. You must book this hotel by September 1st to get these prices. This hotel does not have a shuttle and you will have to provide your own transportation to the ceremony. This hotel is about 20 minutes from the venue with a gorgeous view.

Shuttle to the Ceremony

October 17, 2026 1:30 pm - 11:30 pm

A shuttle will be running every hour starting at 1:30pm CST until 11:30pm CST from the Comfort Suites in Crossville. This shuttle holds 24 guests. The hotel is in Central time zone (CST) and one hour behind the Eastern standard time (EST) of the wedding. The Shuttle picking you up at 1:30pm CST will get you to the venue around 3pm EST. There will be another shuttle at 2:30pm CST to get you to the venue around 4pm EST. The shuttle will also run after the ceremony so you can enjoy the festivities responsibly!
