FAQs

Question

Why is the wedding in Tennessee?

Answer

We have family from all over the country, so people were going to have to travel no matter what. We figured, why not do it in one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen!

Question

What time zone is the wedding in?

Answer

The wedding is in Eastern Standard Time (EST) while most of the hotels are in Central Standard Time (CST). Be aware this is an hour behind the time of the wedding! Please do not show up an hour late because you will miss the wedding.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

This event is semi-formal. We would love to see everyone in suits and dresses! Not fully black tie, but it can be if you have it! The wedding is also on a mountain and there is gravel in the parking lot so be careful with your shoe attire

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love all of your children, we are not allowing them at the wedding. We would like a night to celebrate as adults. Get your babysitters and enjoy yourselves!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

You must RSVP by September 17th, 2026. However, most of the hotels where we have blocks need a reservation by September 1st. Make sure to book by this time or you will not get the rate provided.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:30 EST and it is important to arrive by 4pm. Again, the hotel is in CST so YOU MUST leave an hour and a half prior to the wedding, even though it is really only half an hour away, due to the time change. This means YOU MUST leave the hotel by 2:30pm CST to get to the venue by 4pm EST.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle from most hotels that will run every hour. It holds 24 people and is available so people can enjoy the event responsibly. It will be running from 1:30pm CST to 11:30 CST
