I know, and I'm sorry! It is being difficult. However, as of now Trip Advisor is more affordable to book through them verses the resort website. I suggest booking through them as of now.

What is the closest airport to Tulum?

Answer

Make sure to fly into Cancun, it is an hour north of Tulum. There are many ways to travel down to Tulum! Rent a car, taxi, private shuttle, or bus!

Do we have a room block or just a discount?

Answer

We reserved a discount code for our guests (05222019), so we do not have a room block! It is best to book earlier than later to ensure you have a room. When the room is booked they take the first night to reserve and 30 days out they withdraw the rest of the room total.

Ok y'all I have had many people having difficulties trying to figure out this out. Go to the Dreams Tulum Resort and Spa Website. Click book your getaway and select your dates. Click Resort Only or Resort and Flight. Then when you are on the page where you select your room and rates (step 2), go to the left and there is a place to enter the group code. 05222020 If you have any other questions please let me know!
