Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal cocktail attire. Please no jeans/denim & avoid shades of white.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Are children invited?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. However, please take this time to enjoy a child-free date night!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 6:00pm. Please arrive 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

Where do I park?

Answer

Parking is complimentary up to 24 hours at Garage Parking at 733 Throckmorton St. using promo code WELMER.

When do we need to RSVP by? What if I forget to RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 11th, using the RSVP tab in the menu or mailed RSVP card. If you do not RSVP by the deadline, you will unfortunately not be able to attend the wedding. To avoid missing out on all the fun, please make sure you RSVP by the date listed on your invitation.

What do I do if I cannot attend?

Answer

You will be dearly missed If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

What should I do in the event I am no longer able to attend?

Answer

We completely understand that unexpected things happen. Please let us know as soon as your plans change so we can make the necessary updates with our catering team.

Am I allowed to take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an “unplugged” ceremony. This means we are asking for all phones and devices to be turned off and put away during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture this moment for all of us! After the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many photos as you want!

How can I share the photos I took at the wedding?

Answer

There will be QR codes scattered throughout the reception area that will allow you to share your photos!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Duh, yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you - get ready to party! For this reason, we encourage you to Uber/Lyft to and from the venue. As mentioned previously, if you do intend to drive yourself to the venue, complimentary parking is located in the parking garages 2 blocks away.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be indoors. A courtyard area is located outside of the venue if you and your guest(s) would like to take photos outside.

Is the venue handicapped accessible?

Answer

Yes, the venue is handicapped accessible via wheelchair ramps and an elevator.
