Shuttle

Shuttle from The Fairmont Dallas to Ceremony/Reception Location

November 1, 2025 4:00 pm - 11:30 pm

A shuttle will be running between the hotel and wedding venue to ensure guests arrive in a timely manner. The shuttle will depart the hotel at the following times: 4:05pm, 4:25pm, and 4:45pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm, and no one will be allowed entry after the ceremony has begun. If you do miss one of the complimentary shuttles, Uber/Lyft is available, or we will have complimentary valet onsite. The shuttle will begin running again around 9:00pm to take guests that have worn out their dancing shoes back to the hotel.
