Please RSVP no later than September 13, 2025. Our vendors require us to provide the final numbers by this date, and any unanswered RSVPs will be counted as a "No".
Unless your child(ren) are listed on your invite, we ask that you make other arrangements for them. We encourage you to use this evening as a parents night out!
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be listed under your name when you RSVP.
We'd love to see our friends and family get dressed up for the big day! The dress code is formal, black tie optional. The wedding will be black and white themed, so black attire is encouraged, but not required. Please avoid wearing white or any shades of cream, ivory, etc., and no jeans.
Yes! The ceremony and reception will both be outdoors (on concrete, not grass) with cocktail hour indoors. November in Texas can be unpredictable, so please dress accordingly!
While we want you to all be able to capture special memories from the day, we ask that all phones are silenced and put away for the duration of the ceremony. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best moments without any phones/cameras in the way. We promise to share all of the memories with you after. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you'd like!
Yes! We will have complimentary valet available to all guests. We are also offering all guests a complimentary shuttle from the Fairmont Dallas.
Because the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm, we recommend arriving no later than 4:45pm to allow time for parking and finding a seat. The doors will lock at 5:00pm, and you will not be allowed in until cocktail hour begins.
