Flight
The resorts are located about 20 minutes from the airport. There are several non-stop flight offerings from BWI/IAD to CUN: Southwest, United and Spirit. Google Flights & Kayak are great for comparing flight offerings, but will often not include flights for Southwest and Spirit, so be sure to check those sites separately.

In the same complex as the Royalton Riviera Cancun, the Hideaway is the adults-only section of the resort—a great option if you want to escape without the kiddos. It includes access to all the Royalton Riviera Cancun amenities while offering a few of its own!

We’ve secured a limited number of room categories at both the Royalton Riviera Cancun and Hideaway at Royalton Riviera Cancun, available on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend placing your deposit early to secure your preferred room. If you’re interested in a room type not listed on the Destination Weddings site—or wish to upgrade to Diamond Club—please contact Sandy (U.S.) or Leslie (Canada) to check availability. You’ll find a link below with full details on all Royalton Riviera Cancun suite and Hideaway options, including those not listed on our Destination Wedding sites, under the hotel links above. Since booking processes differ by country, be sure to use the correct "VIEW" link for your departure location. U.S. and Canadian bookings are handled separately.

To our friends and family in the USA (and potential Canadians looking for more travel flexibility)—you will be working with Sandy Patrzykont, our Certified Destination Wedding Specialist. Sandy will assist you with booking your resort accommodations and ground transportation between the Cancun airport and the resort. ✈️ Please note: Flights are not included and will need to be booked separately. However, Sandy will coordinate with you to ensure your arrival and departure to and from the resort go smoothly. Here’s how to book: Click the “VIEW” button below. This will take you to our U.S. Destination Weddings booking site. Select your preferred resort and dates, indicate the number of travelers, and the site will populate with the various room categories available. Pick your room and Sandy will be in touch to finalize the booking and work with you to establish a payment plan that works best for you. Don’t see your ideal room type listed? That’s okay! To our friends and family in Canada—you will be working with Leslie Morris, our Certified Destination Wedding Specialist. Leslie will help you book your travel package (flights, resort accommodations, and ground transportation between the Cancun airport and the resort). Canadian travel packages are based on weeklong stays and pricing will vary depending on your departure city and room selection. Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver: 1/28/2026–2/4/2026, 7 Nights Halifax: 1/25/2026–2/1/2026, 7 Nights Need more flexibility? You’ve got options: Option 1. Book your flights separately, and work with Sandy (U.S. Specialist) to book accommodations and ground transportation. Room prices will be in USD, but this option may work well for shorter or custom stays. Option 2. Contact Leslie directly for a custom quote if you’d prefer a more tailored itinerary. In this case, your flights and ground transportation would be arranged by you separately. Not sure which route is best for you?
