Flight
This is the airport you will fly into for our big event. Transportation is included in your stay, with shuttles running every 30 minutes between Cancun International Airport and Hotel Xcaret. Exit the airport to where the buses are, and locate bright fuchsia shirts, these are people from the Hotel Xcaret, and they will help you get on the bus.
Hotel
Please email Hotel Xcaret Concierge at this address: booking@hotelxcaret.com Inform the concierge that you are attending the wedding for Gonzalo Nunez and Theadora Bruscino on May 4, 2022, and provide the dates you plan to stay at Hotel Xcaret. The concierge will then inform you of the options and go over the booking process with you. Please note, as of this time, January 28, 2022, the only rooms available are River View rooms. If there are any questions or concerns, you can reach out to the Bride or Groom for more information. The Hotel Xcaret will only be offering River View rooms to out guests going forward.
Hotel
We will be staying here from April 30 to May 8, 2022. You can find us taking advantage of all Hotel Xcaret has to offer, visiting the Parques Naturales, eating great food, and relaxing! There will be a welcome event for everyone the day before the wedding to get all you wonderful people together. We are all family now, so don't be shy!
Travel Note
Hotel Xcaret includes transportation to and from Cancun international Airport. When you get off the plane, locate their large colorful buses and hop on to make your way to the hotel! When our time together comes to an end, Hotel Xcaret will ease that journey with the same transportation from the hotel to Cancun international Airport. (Remember, this is international travel, so make sure you are aware of when you need to leave the hotel and be at the airport.) If you are joining us in Mexico, but not staying at Hotel Xcaret, please make sure you arrange your transportation to and from Cancun international Airport to where you will be staying, and additionally to Hotel Xcaret for the wedding day, Hotel Xcaret will not be providing transportation to/from other hotels for our wedding.
