Sound familiar? Many of our guests will ask what they should wear for our big day, and we want to make this as easy as possible. Please use the photo above to align your comfort level with our expectations. If you have any questions, give us a call or send a text. We are happy to help!

But how do we get there?

Answer

Cancun International Airport is the place to be! You can fly here from just about anywhere. Once you get to Cancun, hop onto one of Hotel Xcaret’s free buses and meet us at Hotel Xcaret! Transportation will be provided from Cancun International Airport to the Hotel Xcaret, and back again when it is time go back home. They have large colorful busses that arrive every 30 minutes. One less thing to think about!

Do we have to stay at Hotel Xcaret the whole time?

Answer

Not at all! The hotel requires a minimum of 3 days, 2 nights to get the group rate for our special day. However, if you prefer to stay elsewhere, that is totally cool! Please keep in mind that you will have to arrange your own transportation to and from the airport, and to and from Hotel Xcaret for our wedding. If you choose different lodging, Hotel Xcaret will require you to purchase a day pass to attend the wedding and celebrate with us. The fees are: $80 USD for adults (13 years and up); $40 USD for children (ages 6 to 12); No charge for children 5 and under.

We won’t be able to get to Mexico for the wedding. Can we celebrate with you in a diiferent way?

Answer

We want everyone to be here because you are all so important to us, but we realize everyone has lives and obligations, so we will be hosting a party/joint shower in the early spring here in Florida. (More information to come!) And if you can’t make it to Florida, we will also have a Zoom option so you can join us virtually. The virtual information will have its own tab on this website, so keep your eyes peeled if you prefer the virtual option!

How often do I have to keep checking this page? I mean, I do have a life outside of your wedding.

Answer

You have options. First, we did our best to put thorough information up here, so you probably don't need to check back too often. Second, Zola (this website’s “home”) has an app you can download for free on your phone. If you search for us and turn on notifications, you will be informed of any changes. Third, we are always here to answer questions. Give us a call/text and we can sort out issues with you. (Keep in mind that planning a wedding is stressful, so if we do not answer right away, please be patient!)
