Kathryn and Andrew began Engineering classes with the same schedule in the summer at Kettering. While they had the same schedule, they did not have the same classes so Andrew's gig of wearing flamboyant socks caught Kathryn's eye in passing. A few compliments on the socks grew into conversations in the dorms which grew into to staying at the dining hall until close and so on. Conversation and comfort came so naturally that to this day, Andrew and Kathryn are still stuck like glue to each other.
