What's the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. Please dress in only black and/or white.

How do I reserve a spot in the lodge?

Answer

When we mail out the wedding invitations, there will be an option to send us a check to reserve your spot in the lodge. First come, first served!

Are towels and linens provided in the lodge?

Answer

Yes, towels and linens are provided but please bring your own toiletries.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have rooms blocked out at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Dickson. Just ask for the Kopke/Golovin Wedding and “GOKA” for a king bed or “GOKB” for double queen. They will hold the rooms until April 30th.

Is transportation provided to and from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Since most of our guests will be staying in the lodge (where the ceremony and reception will be), we aren't providing transportation to/from the hotel.

Will there be vegetarian options available?

Answer

Yes, there will be several vegetarian options.

Can I bring my kids?

Adults only at the ceremony and reception, please.

Can I bring my dog/pet?

Answer

Sorry, I know it looks like a great spot for dogs but there are NO PETS ALLOWED on the property for liability reasons.
