The Tiger Hotel

This hotel is walking distance from both the ceremony and the reception. They would not let us block rooms because there's a home football game that weekend. IF YOU WANT TO GO THIS ROUTE, WE RECOMMEND YOU BOOK ASAP. On game weekends, they generally require you to minimally book a room for Friday AND Saturday night (i.e. you can't book Saturday and Sunday without also booking Friday), but as of yet they haven't put that restriction in place. We're not sure when that rule will go into effect, so book soon!

Holiday Inn Executive Center

We were able to block a small group of rooms at this hotel for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. Due to the football game, they were unwilling to block as many rooms as we'd hoped, so please book your room ASAP. The rate for Friday and Saturday is $120 for a double / $130 for a queen or king room, and the rate for Sunday night is $90 for a double / $100 for a queen or king.

There are some great and very affordable AirBnB options within walking distance of the ceremony and reception. Columbia Regional Airport (COU)

Columbia Regional Airport (COU) is a 20 minute drive from downtown Columbia. Flights are a bit more expensive than Kansas City or St. Louis, but you could get away with taking an Uber into town and not worry about renting a car. The no-car option would work best if you stay at the Tiger Hotel or another location close to downtown.

Kansas City Airport (MCI) is a little more than a two hour drive from Columbia.

St. Louis Airport (STL)

St. Louis Airport (STL) is about an hour and a half drive from Columbia. Have kiddos (or are you just young-at-heart)? Come a day early and go visit some of the great FREE things to do in St. Louis: the Zoo, the Art Museum, and the Science Center.
