The Columbia River Gorge
If you happen to ask Brian whats worth visiting when you are in Portland for a short visit and have an afternoon to spare, his first recommendation will be to drive through the Columbia River Gorge. With stunning vistas, a ton of jaw dropping waterfalls and the famous Mt. Hood, this gorgeous area of Oregon will make you want to come back.
