Flight

Calgary - Calgary International Airport

If you're coming by air, the closest major airport is Calgary International Airport (YYC). From there, you can rent a car or take a shuttle-bus to Golden, BC, which is about a 3-hour drive. Along the way, we highly recommend stopping for lunch or a scenic stroll in Canmore or Banff—both are charming mountain towns or Lake Louise and Takakkaw Falls for the perfect break! Once in Golden, it's a short 13 minute drive to the venue.

Travel Note

Road trip

If you're driving from Vancouver area, the drive to the venue takes around 8–9 hours through the beautiful mountains, totally worth it for the views alone! Make sure to plan for breaks and enjoy the journey. Helpful tip: We recommend checking road conditions in advance and aiming to arrive during daylight if possible, those mountain roads are stunning but twisty!

Hillside Lodge & Chalets

We will not be providing a shuttle, as we expect guests to arrive from various locations. Please note that on-site lodging is limited. If you would like to stay at the venue, please indicate this in your RSVP. Booking details will be provided once your attendance is confirmed. A minimum two-night stay is required. Check-in at the venue will begin after 3:00 PM, on Friday September 11, 2026. Check-out from the venue is from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, on Sunday September 13, 2026.
