What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Semi-Formal. Please no jeans, graphic tees and no white dresses. We are okay with men wearing nice, white dress shirts for our special day

Are kids invited to the wedding?

Answer

The only children that will be in attendance of the wedding, are in our wedding party. We kindly ask that no other children attend.

Are there accommodations for overnight guests?

Answer

Yes, There are rooms blocked off at the AmericanInn in Howard at the expense of the guest. Please refer to the travel tab for more information.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting our ceremony will be held outside followed by our reception inside the barn.

Will there be transportation provided to the venue?

Answer

Transportation will be up to our guests to plan and provide both to and from the venue.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! But, tips are greatly appreciated.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that our special day is one for our friends and family to remember and enjoy in person. This being said our ceremony will be completely unplugged. All phones, video cameras, and other devices will not be allowed to be used at that time. Our photographer will capture each and every special moment for everyone. However during the cocktail hour, reception and dinner photos and videos are encouraged.

How will we communicate any changes or updates?

Answer

Any changes made to our big day will be posted on this website and can be found on the schedule tab.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to the high number of guests invited we ask that guests do not bring a plus one unless specified on your wedding invitation.
