When should I book my hotel room?

Answer

BOOK YOUR HOTEL ROOM(s) ASAP at ANY Downtown Dubuque Hotel, There are plenty of Hotels just west of downtown or east 15 miles to Galena, IL. There is an art expo in Galena the same weekend so ROOMS WILL FILL UP FAST!!

Where is the bridal party staying?

The bridal party will be staying at Hilton Garden Inn Hotel!

How many nights do we plan to stay?

Answer

Chris and I plan on staying at The Hilton Garden Inn Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights; the 7th thru the 9th!!

Can my kids come?

Answer

We politely request that there be no children under the age of 18 at the reception. While we love kids, we are only able to extend our invitation to children of the immediate wedding party. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope you can still join us to celebrate our special day. In order to allow all guest including parents, a day of relaxation we have chosen our wedding day to be an adult-only occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day and will enjoy having the day off!

Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

YES! THERE ARE SHUTTLE VANS BASED OUT A FEW HOTELS AND CASINOS!! Check out our Travel & Accommodations page for all the info you need. Depending on the hotel you are staying there will be a shuttle. This will be noted in the hotel information section for each hotel.

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then YES! , if not, we would prefer if it was just you! Lol

YES! A-1 TAXI IS $7 A TRIP!

Will there be Hard Liquor served at Stone Cliff Winery for the reception?

Answer

NO. No You Cannot Bring Any Hard Liquor on the Premises. Please enjoy your mixed drinks at your hotels or other local pubs and breweries. it is not allowed at Stone Cliff.
