Wedding Party

Meet the family and friends who will be walking down the aisle with us on our special day!

Ellie Britt

Maid of Honor

The bride and Ellie met in their 9th grade English class and essentially became inseparable throughout the rest of high school. From there, they went on to share a dorm room at Saint Joseph's University. Ellie is one of the strongest, most intelligent women Cara knows. When she's not working or going to school, she's raising her beautiful 2 year old daughter. No matter how busy Ellie is, Cara can always count on her to be there for her.

Janette Hendrix

Matron of Honor

Janette is the bride's amazing older sister. She is worldly, to say the least, and spent most of her adolescent years traveling to different countries. She is linguistic, artistic and extremely creative. Cara has looked up to her for as long as she can remember. She knows that she can always get great advice when needed. Janette is currently living in Houston, TX, working as an English teacher. They don't see each other very often, but when they do, they definitely make the best of it.

Carly Longo

Bridesmaid

Carly and the bride met around 9th grade in high school, although neither of them are really sure where they actually met. Carly, Ellie and Cara became a little trio and were lucky enough to carry their friendship throughout college. Carly is the sweetest, most caring person you will ever meet. Not only is she the best listener around, she is always there for anyone and everyone. Oh, she has a secret talent: she's a phenomenal singer. It's almost impossible to not want to be Carly's friend after meeting her for the first time.

Madeline Beck

Bridesmaid

Boy, do her and the bride go way back! Maddy and Cara met in the 3rd grade. Cara was the new student at that school, and Maddy didn't hesitate to make her feel welcome. She became a great friend for years to come. From there, we both ended up going to the same high school, but finally separated to attend rival universities. Maddy has stuck with Cara through everything that life has thrown at them. She has been dependable throughout the years and shown that she is truly a lifelong friend. Maddy is extremely hardworking, always putting her all into every adventure in her life. Cara is so grateful to have grown up with Maddy by her side.

Briana Williams

Bridesmaid

Cara met Briana in 9th grade math class, again when she realized they both played in the school band, and finally when they ran track together. Briana was super shy, but once they hit it off, Cara realized how funny Briana really is. When you hang out with Briana, she’ll have you laughing the entire time. Briana was definitely Cara's partner in crime in high school. Although she left to go to Virginia for college, Cara never felt far from her. She can always count on her to be there for her and give her a pick-me-up whenever she's by her side. Although visits are few and far between, they always seem to pick up where they left off.

Tetyana Martynyuk

Bridesmaid

The bride and Tetyana only met 2 years ago in one of their biology classes. It only took a few conversations to realize that they were essentially the same person, and a friendship formed rather quickly. Tetyana is an extremely intelligent, dedicated, hard-working individual. Once she puts her mind to something, it is going to get done. Not only did she major in chemical biology through college, but she is also working at University of Pennsylvania as lab tech, while working toward achieving her PhD in chemistry. Aside from that, Tetyana is also a truly caring person, doing anything for those she loves without question. She is the friend that can put you in a good mood no matter the situation!

Clare Atkins

Junior Bridesmaid

Clare and the bride met when she started babysitting for her family in the summer of 2016. Clare is the smartest kid you'll meet, but also the most caring. She is super outgoing, loves meeting new people, and being the life of the party. Clare has become like a younger sister to Cara and we are very excited that she's able to be apart of this experience with us!

Brenna Britt

Flower Girl

Brenna is the adorable flower girl. Brenna will be 3 at the time of the wedding, and is the cutest little person you'll ever meet. She is always excited to meet new people and loves saying hello to new faces. We couldn't be happier to have her as our littlest addition to the wedding party.

Tammy Mignano

Mother of the Bride

Pasquale Mignano

Father of the Bride

Zachary Clouse

Best Man

Zac and the groom met in elementary school and have definitely had a changing relationship. They played soccer together as kids, and became much better friends in high school and college, and are still friends to this day. Zac has a big, bright, and hilarious personality. He always is the life of the party, and keeps God close to his heart. He has a lovely soon-to-be wife named Ashley, and has definitely been a a great shoulder to lean on for wedding planning advice. He has been an amazing and dependable friend to George and will continue to be for many years to come.

Paul Shepperd

Groomsman

A cousin, friend, and boss to the groom, Paul is a funny, hard-working, and intelligent guy. Paul is in the tech industry and owns his own business. He and the groom became close after they began working together in Summer of 2017. Hands-down, Paul has been a great mentor and friend to the groom as he's navigated and created his own path in the tech industry. The groom couldn't be more excited to have Paul as an addition to the wedding party!

Alec Peabody

Groomsman

George and Alec have known each other since playing tee ball when they were 4 and 5 years old. While they didn’t attend the same high school, they still kept in touch and always remained friends. They became closer throughout college, where he attended Saint Joseph’s University with Cara. Alec is an avid car enthusiast like George, and they share an interest in shooting/firearms. An established professional, husband, and father himself, Alec is a key member of the party.

Emmanuel Ohemeng, III

Groomsman

Where to start? Manny may be short, but he is definitely unmistakable. He has a big, funny, and kind personality. He and the groom became friends in the 5th grade, and their relationship actually started with Manny making fun of George. However, times have changed and age has made them very good friends. Manny is very intelligent, and is an extremely talented trumpet player. He is a member of EKO & Perpetual Motion, a trap-Jazz group that will have you bobbing your head. Manny is a great and reliable friend, and has always been there for George throughout the years.

Pasquale Mignano, Jr.

Groomsman

A quiet man with a lot to say. That's Pat for you. Pat is George's oldest brother-in-law. Close in age, Pat and George became cool quickly, and even worked on his car together. He is a witty, kind, fun, and business-minded guy who is cool as a cucumber. He won't talk very much unless engaged, but you'll soon realize how intelligent he is once he starts. Pat is a great person and currently owns/manages Luigi's Pizzeria in Barnegat, NJ.

Connor Mignano

Groomsman

Connor is the groom's youngest brother-in-law. At 18, he may be young, but is extremely intelligent. With a knack for history, Latin, gaming, and arguing, he'll definitely keep you in a conversation that leaves you smarter than when you started. He is also extremely kindhearted, loving, and reliable. He and the groom definitely became closer over the years, especially during a driving lesson that went awry. Despite that, it's an honor to have him in the wedding party. Fresh off graduation from Saint Joseph Preparatory School at the time of the wedding, he will be headed off to college right after.
