Need to know details .. If you have any questions, please ask.
Question

When do I need to RSVP by? Can I bring a +1 Guest?

Answer

Please reply by September 1st. We are so sorry but due to the strict limit of attendance for COVID, we have counted only the people listed on the invitations.

Question

Do I need to wear a mask?

Answer

Yes, within 6 ft of each other and any time passing through shared spaces. Not required while eating, drinking and taking photos with your house-hold.

Question

Will there be dancing at the reception?

Answer

Yes but No. A modified dance floor and separate areas for families in order to keep that 6 ft separation, but get your boogie on in the designated spaces by your family and let the music move you! Bride and groom will have their ceremonial dances as well.

Question

What other safety precautions will be in place?

Answer

Every person will have their temperature checked before entering the venue. Anyone with a high temperature will be sent home. We ask anyone who has traveled or encountered a person with COVID-19, or experienced any symptoms in the last 14 days to please stay home. The Ranch staff and wedding vendors will be masked and gloved for the duration of the event. They will serve you each glass and plate as prevention. There will be a limit to how many people in the bathroom at one time. The entire wedding will be outdoors.

Question

Who got invited?

Answer

It's the most impossible thing to narrow your guest list of two entire families and all the friends who have had an influence in our lives down to a mandatory 60 person limit. We factored family proximity, limiting travel and exposure. We factored health risk and wellness priority, to limit risk. We factored in as many responsible decisions as possible to make our wedding happen and be with as many loved ones as possible. We will have a second reception as soon as COVID-19 is defeated and it is safe to truly invite everyone together. We will be live streaming the ceremony for those who are unable to come.
