Question

When will dinner be served?

Answer

Cocktail hour will begin at the Cleveland Aquarium (on the lower level of Windows on the River) at 6pm. Guests will then make their way to the City View Room to be ready to receive the wedding party at 7pm. Dinner will then be served at 7:30pm.

Will there be shuttles available?

Answer

Yes! There will be shuttles to and from both of our hotels to the COCKTAIL HOUR/RECEPTION ONLY! There will be enough time in-between the ceremony and reception to head back and grab a ride.

Shuttle Times

Answer

The shuttle will begin picking guests up for the cocktail hour starting at 5:30PM at the Kimpton Schofield. The shuttle will continuously circle between BOTH hotels and Windows on the River between 5:30PM to 6:30PM. The shuttle will then begin taking guests to the hotels at 9:30PM. The shuttle will continuously run from 9:30PM to 12:30AM for guest to grab at their convenience!

Answer

Masks will not be required at our event, nor will proof of vaccination or negative test. That being said, for the safety of others, if you are not feeling well then it is advised you stay home.
