Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive by 3:30 pm before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled! Please note the ceremony will start at 4:00 pm.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies can wear cocktail dresses, dressy pantsuits, heels, wedges, or dress flats. Gentlemen can wear a suit, sportscoat, and/or button-down shirt and pants. Please be comfortable!

If my RSVP response changes from yes to no, what is the deadline to let the couple know?

Answer

The deadline for a change in response is November 1st, 2022. Please let us know via text or email so that we may make the proper arrangements.

Can I bring a date or +1?

Answer

Our wedding is by RSVP only. If your invitation lists "and guest", then yes. This will be reserved ahead of time so we have an accurate guest count!

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside, so please make sure to check the weather! The reception will be inside.

What if I have dietary restrictions/Allergies? What's the best way to let you know?

Answer

We will include a space on your RSVP card so that you may write any dietary restrictions you would like us to let the caterers know of.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

Please view our "Hotel Accommodations" tab for information regarding the hotel and a specific discount code/link to use when booking. Please note that the deadline is 10/18/2022 to receive the discounted rate for our wedding.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

There is an abundant amount of free parking at the venue, and there will be 2 valet attendants available to assist.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, please! We encourage guests to post pictures. We will have a QR code near the photo booth in which you can scan and email us your photos as well. You can also post your photos using our wedding hashtag #GoingGaldi so we can keep up with the fun on your pictures and enjoy the memories you capture!
