You get to swim with dolphins in their natural habitat! And then you can stay after for a beach day. "My dream date. Cute." There is a Dolphin Cove in both Montego Bay and Ocho Rios.
Bamboo Rafting on the Martha Brae River
Hop on a 30-foot bamboo raft and float down a 3-mile stretch of the Martha Brae River. This is kind of like a gondola ride in nature without the singing, and ends at Miss Martha's Herb Garden, which features Jamaican medicinal herbs, souvenirs, and food. The gondola ride is 1 hr. 15 min.
Appleton Estate Rum Tour
Jamaica is known for its rums and Appleton is the reason why. Instead of having one rum cocktail, take a tour and have six rum cocktails and call it a "tasting." It's much classier. Walk-ins are welcome, but reservations are recommended for groups of 15 or more. The drinking age in Jamaica is 18.
