Please RSVP no later than September 1, 2025.
Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled ceremony time to allow for any potential hiccups.
First, thank you! Second, any time around noon should be okay. Please check in with us on the day before or day of to confirm.
The closest airport is McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS) in Alcoa, TN. The airport is 35.8 miles from the wedding venue. For those traveling from New York, direct flights are available from La Guardia and Newark. More direct flights: https://flyknoxville.com/nonstop-flights/
We are fortunate enough to have practically everything that we need, so we are not registered anywhere for physical gifts. If you would like to gift us with anything, we prefer a contribution to our honeymoon. You can contribute in person or by going to the Registry page.
While we understand the desire to capture the moment from your perspective, we would greatly appreciate if phones/cameras are not used during the ceremony to allow our photographer to capture the moment free of screens and flashes. There will be plenty of opportunity before and after the ceremony for guests to capture photos.
Plenty of parking will be available, however carpooling is greatly encouraged.
As we get closer to the date, we will plan a brunch for the day after the wedding. Details will be shared as they are available.
Neither of us have personally used any nearby hotels or cabin rentals, so we cannot make recommendations from experience. However, there are many options to choose from, some of which are listed on the Travel page. Please keep in mind that much of the area suffers from a lack of cell phone signal/internet connectivity while booking any accommodations. Please confirm with the business/host on wifi availability before booking.
As much as we understand the desire to bring a date to the wedding, we request that only those who's names are specified on your RSVP attend.
Yes! While GPS is largely reliable for finding the address, we will have a sign at the road to help circumvent any possible confusion. (Yes, it's a long driveway. Yes, you should just keep driving up until you see the wedding.)
Personal or rental vehicles are highly recommended as Uber/Lyft is extremely limited & often unavailable in the area.
