San Francisco International (SFO): This is the largest airport and usually offers the most flight options and the most competitive prices. If you rent a car, the drive involves crossing the Golden Gate Bridge, though traffic can be a bit hectic. If you’d prefer not to drive, the Groome Transportation bus runs regularly and drops you off right in the heart of Petaluma. Oakland International (OAK): This is a smaller, often more relaxed alternative to SFO. Depending on your origin, you may find great deals here, though there are fewer airlines and flight times available. The Groome Transportation bus also services this airport for easy travel to Petaluma. Charles M. Schulz–Sonoma County Airport (STS): Located in Santa Rosa, this is the closest and most convenient airport. It’s very small, and security is usually a breeze. While flights can sometimes be more expensive or require a layover, the commute to Petaluma is very short. From STS, you can easily rent a car or take the SMART Train directly into town.
Think Ranch-Winery, emphasis on Ranch. Plan to wear sturdy shoes and come for an outdoor ceremony and barn reception.
Glyn and Kacey will be dressed pretty casually. Think sundress and button down with jeans. But honestly, wear whatever you want--if tie-dye is your thing, go for it! Petaluma evenings tend to be cool, so we recommend you pack extra layers or a change of clothes.
The "main" will be tacos, with pot-luck style sides and desserts. For those who don't eat meat, there will be options--don't worry, we wont let you go hungry.
The Venue is south of town, and we recommend you stay in Petaluma. Spend some time checking out the town, and Ubers should be available if you need a ride home on Saturday nite.
No. We understand travel is expensive and appreciate you wanting to celebrate with us. Cash donations will not be turned down, however ;)
"Open House" style event. We'll be posted up at Tiki for a few hours. Stop by for a drink, to hangout, and swap stories.
